Fort Worth Leak Detection is a referral and matching service. We connect you with independent, TSBPE-licensed local plumbers; we don’t perform the work ourselves. We do not operate a storefront address on this site.
Information we collect
- Contact details you submit, such as your name, phone number, email, city or ZIP, and a description of the leak or plumbing problem, through our web forms, by phone, or by text.
- Basic technical data, such as browser type, device type, and pages visited, if standard hosting logs or analytics tools are used.

- To respond to your request and match you with an independent local plumber or restoration company
- To follow up about your request or questions you raised
- To improve the website and our process
- To comply with legal obligations if required
Sharing
When you request a leak check, we share the contact and project details you provide with the independent local pro we match you with, so they can reach out and help. Those businesses are independent of us, and their own privacy practices apply to information they receive. We do not sell your personal information. Form submissions may be processed by a form provider (for example, Formspree) acting on our behalf. Hosting providers (such as Cloudflare Pages) may process technical logs as part of serving the site.
Phone and text
If you call or text us at (682) 350-3161, we use your number and message only to respond to your request and make the match. We don’t send marketing texts.
Independent pros
The plumbers and restoration companies we match you with are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. Once they receive your details, they may contact you directly by phone, text, or email about your request. If you’d rather not hear from a particular business, tell them directly, and let us know so we don’t share your request again.
Security
We use reputable providers for hosting and form processing, and we limit who can see request information. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so please don’t send sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, bank details, or insurance policy numbers through our form.
